Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. There is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjustable (Fixed) outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at 0°C~100°C TJ temperature while operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 25kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.5V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 2.5V -Vin 2Vin. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 100mA output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 15V.
