optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. There are 7 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 100kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 8V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2.5V volts.
