A 14-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) case is used to package the op amp. A OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER-type buffer amplifier is shown here. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tube case. The number of terminations approaches 14. It consists of a total of 14 pins in total. I would like you to keep in mind that this buffer amplifier needs to be run at a voltage of 15V.
