It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Through Hole mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 100kHz switching frequencies. Input voltage 8V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2.21V volts. Featuring a 1.2A Switch output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 35V. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 25V to meet the operation requirements. I would like to point out that this voltage regulator belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. As a member of the LT1176 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator.
