An easy-to-use 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used.The handy Series, Buried Zener package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tube package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.1% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed NOT SPECIFIED.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Through Hole.Worked within -40°C~85°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "LT1236".For applications with 10mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.An input voltage of 7.2V~40V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 5V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In order to operate it, 1.5mA is the supply current.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 5.005V.
