It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at 0°C~125°C TJ. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 500kHz.
