For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 500kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.42V.
