A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tube package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.Voltage reference with ±0.15% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 3.3V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 8 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Search "LT1461" for other relevant parts.Applications with 100mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The maximum output voltage is 3.3V.There is 3.3V voltage output lower than 3.3V from the voltage reference ic.The supply voltage must be 5.8V.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 3.8V~20V.Idle parts use 50μA.The supply current is 70μA.Unless specified otherwise, this voltage reference ic should not be supplied with voltages exceeding 20V volts.It should be powered by at least 3.8V volts.
