There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. We are approaching the 8h termination of the year. Buffer amplifier has a total of 8 pins on it.
