SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 6.The voltage reference should have ±0.1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 6 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 6 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.LT1790 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 5mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.It has a maximum output voltage of 2.5V.2.5V voltage lower than 2.5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 3V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 3V~18V voltage input.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 60μA.Current supply is 80μA.
