In order to protect the op amps, a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 case is used. This is a General Purpose type op amp. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Cut Tape (CT) case. The number of terminations approaches 5. In total, there are 5 pins on this op amp ic.
