It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 6 terminations were made. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package to save space. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~125°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 500kHz.
