Space-saving 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 3V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.25V.
