LT3470HDDB#TRPBF Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. -40°C~150°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.25V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 200mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 200mA. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 40V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 10V is provided.
