optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package is available for this voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator.
