It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 20 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 2 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 250kHz~1.5MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.1V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 3A. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 25V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
