For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 2.25MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 500mA. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 40V.
