For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package to save space. The voltage regulator 12v has 2 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 260kHz~2.15MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 700mA output current.
