The switching controller fits in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc controls with 6V~36V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. Switching can be done at 200kHz~1MHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output.
