Capsuled in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 6V~36V volts and has 6V~36V supply voltage. A -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz~1MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters.
