Capsuled in the 12-TSSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 1.6V~42V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. It can switch at 100kHz~1MHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator.
