Capsuled in the 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.7V~60V. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz~700kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
