It comes in the 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz~700kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount.
