optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package to save space. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 200kHz~2.25MHz. Input voltage 4.2V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 1.21V. Featuring a 535mA Switch output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 40V. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the LT3970 family. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 4.096V volts. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 10 pins are required. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 1.21V at the very least. A maximum voltage of 25V can be obtained from the regulator voltage.
