Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. 210kHz~2.3MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Input voltage 4.2V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 1.21V. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 62V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V.
