The linear amplifier is packaged in a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 case. General Purpose-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. During the past two weeks, there have been close to 5 terminations.
