A 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad case is used to package the op amp. Op amps are General Purpose types of amplifier on the chip. Linear amplifier is delivered in a Tube case. It is estimated that there will be 16 terminations in the next few months. A total of 16 pins are attached to buffer op amp. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 8V.
