In order to protect the op amps, a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. A total of 8 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. Buffer amplifier has a total of 8 pins.
