The linear amplifier is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. The number of terminations approaches 8. Buffer amplifier has a total of 8 pins.
