LT6654AIS6-5#TRPBF Overview

A handy SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±0.05% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 6 pins on the voltage reference ic.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Search "LT6654" for other relevant parts.Applications with 10mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 5.5V~36V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 5V.During operation, it uses a current of 600μA as its supply current.
