An easy-to-use 3-WFSFN Exposed Pad package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.2% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 3V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within 0°C~70°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "LT6660".For applications with 20mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A voltage of 5.5V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 3.9V at a minimum.An input voltage of 5.5V~30V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 3V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In order to operate it, 220μA is the supply current.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 3.006V.
