This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 12 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. There is a 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad, 12 Leads package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.8V as an input voltage. The output current of 4A Switch makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 60V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
