A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 12 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad, 12 Leads package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~150°C TJ temperature while operating. There is a switching frequency of 2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator.
