In the 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4V~60V volts and has 4V~60V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~150°C TJ. It can switch at 645kHz~2.1MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. QUAD are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. Various 28 terminations.
