A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 200kHz~1.5MHz. Input voltage 2.55V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3mV 1.204V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 375mA Switch. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 40V. DC DC switching regulator is able to operate in an easy way on the basis of the maximal output voltage of 65V Switch. This switching regulator is more efficient and stable due to the ALSO CONFIGURED AS SEPIC/INVERTING CONVERTER feature.
