This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Space-saving 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 200kHz~2.2MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.4V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.97V.
