As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, 18 terminations are present. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 20-WFQFN, 18 Leads, Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 200kHz~3MHz. Regulator 3.4V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.4V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.97V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 4A output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 42V. Its NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 6V as the nominal input voltage.
