LT8653SIV#PBF Product Details
LT8653SIV#PBF Overview
The harley voltage regulator is available as a 20-TFQFN Exposed Pad package to save space. There are 2 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount, Wettable Flank-mount switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 300kHz~3MHz switching frequencies. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3V as an input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.3V 5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 2A 2A output current of voltage regulator. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 42V.
