As far as packaging is concerned, it comes in a 28-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package.There is a Tube package that comes with it.I would like to point out that the gadget has a Surface Mount mounting type.In this case, the part's filter type is Universal Switched Capacitor.I believe it should be able to work with a power source of 3.14V~11V ±3.14V~5.5V, if it works at all.28-pins are used in total on this board.LTC1068-25 is the best component of the device, because it is the most important part of the device.There is either a cutoff or a center frequency in the device when it is operating at 200kHz frequency.As the peak reflow temperature reaches 235, the reflow process begins.There is always a source of 5V being used to power the component at all times.Filter is important to note that 4 refers to the filter figure.There is a maximum voltage (Vsup) that is reached at location 5.5V, which is the supply voltage.There are +-1.57/+-5V supplies in the device.Currently, 85°C is the highest working temperature that can be achieved.This device has the capability of handling a maximum supply temperature of 15mA.
