There is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The space-saving 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of 0°C~70°C TA when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 900kHz.
