A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tube package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.Voltage reference with ±0.15% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 5V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 8 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.Search "LTC1798" for other relevant parts.Applications with 10mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The maximum output voltage is 5V.There is 5V voltage output lower than 5V from the voltage reference ic.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 5.2V~12.6V.Idle parts use 4μA.The supply current is 8.5μA.What are the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in the voltage reference ic?In spite of variations in external conditions, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 5V.
