optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, 16 terminations are present. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 550kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.65V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. The output current of 1.5A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility.
