It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR voltage regulator. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.5MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.5V volts.
