LTC2064HDD#TRPBF Overview
There is a 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. Op amps are Zero-Drift types of amplifier on the chip. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type of operational amplifiers.
