LTC2634CUD-HZ10#PBF Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package and X package. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range 0°C~70°C while the machine is operating. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tube.
