As part of the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package, it is included. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~85°C when operating. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tube. Related parts can be found by using its base part number LTC2634. In order to make it work, 10 pins have been designed. In order for this FPGA to work properly in accordance with its specifications, it is necessary that it is mounted in Surface Mount.
