LTC2910IDHC#TRPBF Overview
It is mounted through 16 terminals on the power management. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Power management consists of 8 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. A supply voltage of 3.3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. IC management is possible to find a succession of 8 voltages that have been checked. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. 16 pins are present in total in this power management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA.
