Power management is mounted through 10 terminals. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. In this PMIC, you can find 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V. There is a voltage supply of 2 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are a total of 10 pins on power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. We recommend setting the supervisors to 0°C~70°C TA degrees. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
