There are 16 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are a total of 4 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. As a reference, this IC power includes 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad functions for your convenience. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. A supply voltage of 3.3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. IC management conducts in a 4-voltage supply. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, IC powers are 16 pins on the board. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using LTC2914, the base power ics number. To be able to work, this power management requires 3.3V volts of power.
