Power management is mounted through 10 terminals. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Multi-Voltage Supervisor line. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. There is a voltage supply of 2.5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. In a 3 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. In total, the power management has 10 pins in it. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: 0°C~70°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage.
